The Contender Fast Action Sport Training program or F.A.S.T. for short is a Scientific training method developed to push athletes and the everyday student to their peak potential with sport specific physical training. Incorporating flexibility training, cardio training and strength training. A lot of workout systems prioritize one of the trainings over another, not the FAST program. The three trainings work together in harmony and will make you move faster, be stronger and limit the risks to injuries.
